We love our new home built by Acadia Home Builders. Acadia’s sales representative, John DiPiazza, sat down with us and truly listened to what we wanted, advised us on different concerns and ultimately helped us choose the perfect ranch floor plan on a lot that was just what we hoped for. He explained Acadia’s processes and policies from inception to completion. Prior to signing our building contract John introduced us to the builder, Frank Iacobelli, who charted out a timeline for the building process. He held tight to that timeline and completed our home right on schedule. John and Frank took time to explain things without hesitation, were flexible and a pleasure to work with. Building supervisors, Carl and Bill were there every step of the way too.

When buying a new home for the first time, the experience can be a bit overwhelming. When we stepped in to Acadia's model in Wolverine, we fell in love with the home immediately. Purchasing a new home is a huge deal especially when it's your first house. John at Acadia was beyond helpful throughout the entire process. Building a new home can be both an exciting yet nerve-racking experience. The team of Frank Iacobelli of Acadia Homes and John DiPiazza of ReMax Suburban made the entire process of building our new home a stress free experience. John’s professional approach and experience provided us the tools we needed to list our existing home. John guided us to properly price our home and offered suggestions to stage it for showing. His experience paid off; within 3 days we had an offer on the table and a signed purchase agreement. With that off our plate we were able to focus on building our new home. Again, John being the spoke person for Acadia homes made that process very easy. He always made himself available to answer our questions. After meeting Frank of Acadia Homes we became very comfortable with the entire process. Frank worked with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted. We built a new home about 13 years ago with another builder and had a few items that did not go well during the build, so we were on guard this time around, but Frank was on every detail and did not miss anything. We tried to think of everything in advance, but a few things came up along the way and Frank made it happen which we truly appreciate. We had a deadline to get in before Thanksgiving and Frank and the team made it happen. Also, the “service after the sale” has been excellent. There has been great communication and follow-up on the minor items.

We’ve purchased new construction homes in the past, and this experience surpassed them all. I just wanted to reach out to provide some feedback on our experience with Acadia Home Builders during the construction of our new home in Mistwood Estates. Overall we were very pleased with the ease of the selection process, communication from you and your team on the timing, and the availability of everyone to answer our questions.
